On February 10, 2026, Paramount Skydance Corporation issued a press release (the “ Press Release”) announcing (i) the submission of a revised offer letter to the board of directors of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. (“ Warner Bros.”) for the acquisition of all the outstanding shares of Series A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Warner Bros.
