D. informed the board of directors (the “ Board”) of MacroGenics, Inc. (the “ Company”) that he will not stand for re-election as a Class I director at the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Dr. Siegel’s decision was for personal reasons and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
