On March 23, 2026, Andrew Gerber, the current General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Paymentus Holdings, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that he will be leaving to pursue a position at a company that is not related to our industry. His departure is not related to any disagreement with the Company.
