Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year On July 11, 2024, the Board of Directors of the “ Company approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from May 31 to a 4-4-5 fiscal calendar ending on the Friday closest to May 31. The first fiscal year under the new calendar will begin on June 1, 2024, and end on May 30, 2025. This change is expected to improve the comparability of the Company’s financial results between periods. The change in fiscal year will not impact the Company’s previously issued financial statements or tax reporting.
