Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year On April 2, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from the 52- or 53-week period ending on the Friday nearest May 31 to the 52- or 53-week period ending on the Friday nearest June 30. The change will be effective beginning in fiscal year 2027, which will begin on June 27, 2026 and end on June 25, 2027 (the “ New Fiscal Year”). As a result of the change, the Company will have a 28-day transition period beginning on May 30, 2026, and ending on June 26, 2026 (the “ Transition Period”). The Company will report the financial results of the Transition Period in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the first quarter ending September 25, 2026 of the New Fiscal Year. Consistent with guidance from the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission, no separate transition report is required in connection with the change in the Company’s fiscal year end.
