On September 16, 2025, Mr. Jonathan Atwood notified Charlotte’s Web Holdings, Inc. (the “ Company”) of his intention to resign from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company (and any committees upon which he sits) effective as of October 1, 2025.
